A newspaper article in The Argus (1921 Feb 12 p.17) references: HA Kent manager of the Dux Picture Company, South Melbourne was fined 8 pounds due to charges that he failed to " keep free from obstruction all aisles and gangways, had neglected to have a suitable biograph cabin, and had failed to place a safety or auxiliary light of vegetable oil over every exit".
